The Challenge
Mercedes-Benz needed to position the new eSprinter as the leading electric van for commercial use—reaching both sustainability-minded business owners and key fleet decision-makers. The challenge was twofold: first, to produce a high-quality hero film on a condensed timeline without compromising visual impact; second, to ensure that the campaign reached not just broad audiences but those actively in the market for electric fleet vehicles. To succeed, the strategy had to blend production efficiency with marketing precision—translating interest into real dealership visits and configurator activity.

The Solution
We developed a dynamic, multi-platform campaign anchored by a cinematic film that merged live action, 3D animation, and AI-generated imagery into a cohesive visual experience. By integrating AI into the pre- and post-production pipeline, we cut the shoot time in half—executing a full-scale production in just one day while maintaining top-tier creative quality. On the marketing front, we built performance campaigns around custom audience segments designed to prioritize reach efficiency and buyer intent. This ensured the creative assets were served to users already evaluating electric commercial vehicles, optimizing the campaign for real-world conversions rather than passive views.
