The Challenge
For the launch of the Haibike ALLMTN, the goal was to create a product animation that not only communicated core technical features but also captured the bike’s high-performance spirit. The challenge was to strike a balance between emotional impact and technical clarity, demonstrating power, control, and terrain agility in a way that would resonate with a demanding and performance-savvy target audience. The visual concept needed to be immersive and memorable, while also aligning with Haibike’s premium positioning.

The Solution
We brought the ALLMTN’s power and precision to life through a cinematic 3D animation set in a dramatic, abstract environment inspired by volcanic landscapes. As creative director, I led the development of a bold visual concept that fused dynamic motion, feature-driven storytelling, and dramatic lighting to highlight the Yamaha PW-X2 motor, frame geometry, and suspension system. The process included detailed animatics and previsualizations to align creative vision early, ensuring seamless collaboration with the client and efficient execution from start to finish.
